Okroshka is a traditional dish of Russian national cuisine. It is a cold summer soup which is prepared with kvas.
Ingredients: 2 liters of kvas, 300 g of beef, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 3 eggs, 5-6 radishes, leek, dill, parsley, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt.
Preparation: boil the meat. Boil the carrot and potatoes. Cook the hard boiled eggs. After cooking peel and chop the vegetables. Also chop eggs and meat. Grate the cucumber. Chop the greens. Pour the kvas. Add salt, pepper and sour cream to taste.
